ALL IN CARAVANING 2014 IN CHINA CLOSES TO SUCCESSFUL RESULTS

China’s increasing interest for RVs and mobile homes was evident at the recent staging of the All in CARAVANING trade show in Beijing: 183 exhibitors presented the latest highlights revolving relating to RVs, mobile homes, base vehicles and accessories as well as a variety of vacation and leisure activities to 5,240 visitors. The event reinforced its position as the leading exhibition for RVs and motor homes in China by including camping and recreational equipment as well as campground amenities in its expanded product range, by adding a comprehensive supporting program and hosting a high-caliber two-day conference with industry-specific presentations by international speakers. This was the first time that All in CARAVANING and All in TUNING, the trade fair for professional automotive tuning, were held as separate events.

All in CARAVANING 2014 was organized by Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai), a subsidiary of Messe Düsseldorf in Germany, renowned as the organizer of the leading international RV trade fair - CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF. All in CARAVANING in Beijing has been designed as an information and order platform in a still young segment in this country. Events giving both the trade and the public the opportunity to experience international innovations and trends are very popular in China, offering a great potential for foreign manufacturers to enter this market.

In addition to well-known Chinese exhibitors, many international ompanies participated in All in CARAVANING 2014, including European exhibitors from Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden as well as overseas exhibitors from Australia, Malaysia, South Korea and the U.S. Prominent brands such as Fendt, Hobby, Dethleffs and Adria as well as leading suppliers including Thetford, Truma, Dometic, Optiplan, Vöhringer, EuraMax and Project 2000 showcased their products and services.

A diverse ancillary program complemented the All in CARAVANING exhibits by offering informative presentations on the current state of the industry and future trends. This year’s All in CARAVANING Annual Conference featured the “Campground Day” and the “Recreational Vehicle Day”, bringing together key corporate and association players to discuss various aspects of campground management and development in China as well as mobile recreational services and international cooperation opportunities.

The German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) again served as the patron for All in CARAVANING. Additional partners included the Chinese company YASN - organizer of China’s largest automotive accessories trade fair, China National Travel Service (CTS) - China’s largest travel agency and the China Association of Automotive Manufacturers Recreational Vehicle Industry Committee (CAARV).

The next All in CARAVANING will take place at the Beijing Exhibition Centre from June 26 – 28, 2015.
