Brno Exhibition Center

In order to strengthen its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and gain access to those markets for its customers, Messe Düsseldorf in 1999 acquired majority ownership of the Brno Trade Fair Company (BVV) and the Brno Exhibition Center.

The Brno Exhibition Center features a modern, campus-style setting with 17 exhibit halls containing 193,000 square meters of exhibit space and 102,000 square meters of outdoor exhibit space.

The facilities also include the congress center, a press office, a post office, banking facilities, and restaurants.


 


Singapore

Singapore Expo

Singapore Expo, which opened in the Spring of 1999, is a comprehensive exhibition facility of international standard which offers functionality and unique architectural design.  With dramatic roof-space formed by 3-dimensional trusses spanning 100 meters x 100 meters, each exhibition hall offers maximized functionality.

Singapore Expo offers 60,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space in column-free halls (expandable to 100,000 square meters in the future).

Located a short distance from Singapore's central business district, Singapore Expo is easily accessible through major expressways and close to Changi International Airport.

A rapid transit train station is conveniently located at the front of the center.

Singapore International Convention & Exposition Centre

The Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre (SICEC) is the first purpose-built facility in Singapore, and one of the largest convention and exhibition venues in the Asia-Pacific region. With a 24,000 square meter exhibition area, the center offers comprehensive convention and exhibition facilities equipped with state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting support.Ideally located in downtown Singapore, SICEC is supported by a wide range of commercial and business services within Suntec City and nearby Marina Centre and the renowned Orchard Road.

Shanghai, China

Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre (SNIEC)

In a joint venture, Messe Düsseldorf and the two German trade fair companies Messe Hannover and Messe München, together with China's Shanghai Pudong Land Development Corporation (SPLDC), financed the construction of SNIEC, a state-of-the-art trade fair center in Pudong, the rapidly growing industrial and business zone near Shanghai. This venture marked the first time that three German trade fair companies united in such a strategic alliance.


Opened in 2001, SNIEC features 9 halls covering 1.1 million square feet of indoor exhibit space and offers just over 1 million square feet of outdoor exhibit space. When the eventual next phases of construction are completed by 2010, the facility will offer approximately 2.15 million square feet of indoor exhibit space and nearly 1.4 million square feet outdoors.


Moscow, Russia

Krasnaya Presnya Exhibition Center

Located along the scenic Moskva River minutes from the center of downtown Moscow, the Krasnaya Presnya center is the most modern exhibition complex in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Complete with restaurant facilities, a supermarket, and shopping arcade, the climate-controlled halls offer an ideal location for your Russian trade show experience.

In a joint venture with partner ZAO Expocentr, Messe Düsseldorf GmbH assisted with the financing of a new 29,000 square meter exhibition hall at Krasnaya Presnya that was opened in September of 2002.


 

India

HITEX, Hyderabad

Designed by leading German architects and spread out over 100 acres, HITEX is India's newest and most state-of-the-art venue for international exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.

HITEX houses a large array of infrastructure and services, comprised of 3 air-conditioned exhibition halls (each covering 37,660 sq. feet).


The administration building consists of meeting rooms, organizer's office, VIP lounge, media center, and space for services:  business center, travel agency, courier, customs brokerage and freight forwarding, bank ATMs, car rentals, and management offices of international exhibition organizers and exhibition service providers.

HITEX envisages adding 5 more halls in the future.

Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

Pragati Maidan, located in India's capital city of New Delhi, is India's largest fairgrounds.  It is a modern and sprawling exhibition center covering 149 acres, featuring 17 exhibition halls with 60,000 square meters of space, and another 40,000 square meters of outdoor space.

The facilities include auditoriums, conference rooms, a press lounge, restaurants, a bank, a post office, and a shopping arcade. It is conveniently located a short distance from New Delhi's international airport.
