Messe Düsseldorf North America INFORMATION ON TWO INTERNATIONAL FOUNDRY TRADE FAIRSAT CASTEXPO ‘08Messe Düsseldorf North America will participate in CastExpo ‘08 in Atlanta in order to promote two international trade fairs for the foundry industry: NEWCAST 2009, 3rd International Trade Fair for Precision Castings and NEWPART Innovation Parc (to be held from June 23 – 25, 2009 in Düsseldorf, Germany) and GIFA 2011, 12th International Foundry Trade Fair with WFO Technical Forum (to be staged in Düsseldorf, Germany in 2011). At CastExpo booth 1213, NEWCAST 2009 and GIFA 2011 visitor as well as exhibitor information will be available. Brochures with information about hotel and travel arrangements to the shows will also be on display. In 2009, NEWCAST will not be limited to casting products but will also feature forged and sintered parts at its NEWPART Innovation Parc. In addition, the Metals Plaza has been incorporated into the Innovation Parc to offer all steel and metal producers, NF-metal mills, traders and logistics providers a relevant platform. The show’s last staging in 2007 attracted over 3,600 visitors and 304 exhibitors from 32 countries. As the world’s leading trade fair for the foundry industry, GIFA 2011 will showcase foundry machinery and plant construction, casting machinery and equipment, melting processes as well as molding and core making technology. Over 790 exhibitors and 51,000 visitors from around the world are expected to take part in the event.
