HOGATEC 2010 EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE ONLINE

Exhibitor applications for hogatec 2010 - International Trade Fair Hotels, Gastronomy, Catering, are available online at www.hogatec.de or can be ordered from Messe Düsseldorf North America. The deadline for reserving exhibit space is March 1, 2010. The event will take place from September 12 - 15, 2010 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Exhibit categories at hogatec 2010 will include kitchen technology, catering systems, fast-food technology, technical equipment and appliances as well as information and communication systems, interior furnishing and design and gourmet foods.

The exhibits will be complemented by several theme parks: “Ambience + Ambition” (hotel furnishings), “Cook + Chill” (catering), “Coffee + Culture” (coffee specialities), Energy + Efficiency (energy saving), “Breakfast + Brunch”, “School Catering” and “Ideas Kitchen”. In addition, the 3rd German Care Congress will be held on September 13 during hogatec 2010. The one-day event is especially geared towards decision-makers from hospitals, clinics and senior citizen facilities.

When hogatec was last held in 2008, 40,639 visitors and 472 exhibitors from 19 countries participated in the event. The majority of the attendees held management positions and were from the catering and hotel sector. A total of 94% of the visitors were pleased with the products and services on exhibit and plan to attend again in 2010.

Three thematically related trade fairs will again be held concurrently with hogatec 2010: InterMopro 2010 – International Trade Fair Dairy Products, InterCool 2010 – International Trade Fair Frozen Foods, Ice Cream, Technology, and InterMeat 2010 – International Trade Fair Meat and Sausage.
