CULINARY AND CULTURAL EVENING EVENTS TO COMPLEMENT PROWEIN 2010

Messe Düsseldorf and the city will roll out the red carpet for exhibitors and visitors at ProWein 2010, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits. As part of “ProWein goes City”, over 30 restaurants, hotels and specialist retailers in Düsseldorf will offer evening events on the topic of wines and spirits. This special initiative will be jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf and Destination Düsseldorf.

ProWein will take place from March 21 - 23, 2010 in Düsseldorf, Germany. The “ProWein goes City” events were purposely scheduled in the evenings in order to give both exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to participate. This year wine connoisseurs will have some 50 events to choose from. In addition to wine tastings, special wine menus and wine parties, wine-related cultural events such as a theatre play and a movie on the topic of wine (in German only) will be offered for the first time.
