October 2008 EXCELLENT RESULTS AT WIRE AND TUBE CHINA 2008At the recent concurrent staging of wire China 2008, The All China - International Wire & Cable Industry Trade Fair and Tube China 2008, The All China - International Tube & Pipe Industry Trade Fair, 1,098 exhibitors showcased their newest technologies on 618,945 square feet of exhibit space to over 30,000 visitors. The shows closed at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre with satisfied exhibitor and visitors, filled order books and an encouraging outlook for good post show business. The wire and tube trade fairs were jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd., the Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute and the Metallurgical Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Visitors at both trade fairs included delegations from India, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. In addition, there were also delegations from numerous provinces and regions from Mainland China. Attendees gave wire and Tube 2008 good ratings. The exhibitors were pleased with their participation in wire and Tube China 2008 and praised the excellent business talks with the attendees, their level of decision-making authority and high international ratio.
