GDS has the trends for Fall 2010 / Winter 2011
GDS is
an
important information and ordering point for the footwear and leather
product industries
worldwide. Over 30,000 trade visitors from some 45+ nations are expected to come
to Düsseldorf to view the latest styles and trends on display by
nearly 1,400 exhibitors.
This 108th staging of GDS will reveal what's hot for the Autumn 2010 /
Winter 2011 seasons.
And what's more: GDS has been newly redesigned – the new structure
offers a fast orientation, everything within easy reach and, above all,
inspiration for your business development. The current collections are
concentrated in separate themed areas, providing a fast track to the
footwear fashions that fit your target group.
But shoes are
seldom found alone - often they are presented together with matching
clothes and the right accessories. Therefore, in the fashion shows
at GDS, shoes can be seen as part of complete outfits. Fashion
shows will take place several times a day, providing everyone with the
most important information for the new season.

GDS is an
international footwear fair that provides footwear dealers with
an overview of suppliers' collections in the form of
samples. A shoe collection consists of a homogenous
program that shows the consistency as regarding the type of
shoe, quality, price, fashion orientation and target
group. Besides footwear, accessories may also be displayed
provided that they complement the retail footwear display.
