Global Fashion takes place at the same time and the same venue as CPD Düsseldorf, the largest fashion trade fair, HMD Herrenmode Düsseldorf and Body Look.
While CPD, HMD and Body Look are platforms for branded manufacturers targeting the small fashion boutiques and department stores, Global Fashion presents non-branded producers addressing volume buyers and branded manufacturers for production orders.
 

According to preliminary projections, almost 42,600 international trade visitors (42,248 trade visitors the previous year) attended the CPD Düsseldorf (womenswear), HMD – Herrenmode Düsseldorf, Body Look (Body, Beach and Legwear) and Global Fashion (Sourcing) trade fairs during the three-day event. This means that the Igedo Fashion Fairs consolidated their position as Germany’s most important fashion fairs and the central order and communication platform for the European market. In Düsseldorf we have succeeded in further extending the International Trade Fair for menswear both on a national as well as international level.

The Düsseldorf location is unique.  Here in the heart of Europe, 30 million people with money to spend live only two hours away by car, while 40 percent of the population of the EU live within a radius of 500 km.
